ConvertKit is my number one business tool. It’s an email program that will knock your socks off. Yes, it can send emails whenever you want, in sequences, based on how subscribed, or how clicked a link. And it can tag subscribers. It’s the best email tool I’ve ever tried.

Leadpages is fantastic for both landing pages and pop-ups. I use it to create landing pages, registration pages, thank you pages, and all kinds of standalone pages for my site. And I use the pop-ups in every blog post. I create an image offering a content upgrade, and when you click it, you get a pop-up.

Squarespace is my platform of choice. I switched over from WordPress and I’m so glad I did. The drag-and-drop builder makes it SO easy to design things exactly the way I want them, and the style settings make sure everything looks just right. It’s just so easy.

I love, love, love Canva. I don’t know what I would do without it. It makes graphic design SO easy, even for people like me who are sometimes design-impaired. There’s no need to learn the fancy Adobe programs when you’ve got Canva.

Tailwind is both a Pinterest and an Instagram tool. For Pinterest it will schedule your posts and pin them for you, it’s got Tribes for sharing, and SmartLoop for looping. For Instagram you can autopost, and get suggested hashtags. And for both it’s got great analytics.

The Blue Yeti microphone is fantastic for recording webinars, courses, Facebook lives, Skype calls…really anything. It’s extremely easy to use, and it sounds great. I use it for all my recordings.

The Logitech C920 webcam is a huge upgrade from your laptop webcam. It’s crisper and clearer and all in all creates a much better experience. Use it for webinars, Facebook lives, Skype calls…whatever you want. I use it every time I need to be on camera.

The Diva Right Light makes an unbelievable difference in how your videos look. Seriously, it’s like night and day. I’m a lighting novice, but this is easy to use and it makes my videos look great.

Teachable is where I host all my online courses and I love it. It’s very easy to use both as a student and a teacher. It’s an all-in-one platform, so you can do your sales page, your check out page, and host your curriculum all in one place.

Deadline Funnel creates timers and countdowns for your sales pages and emails. But it also does it on an individual basis. So if Joe opts into your webinar on Monday, his 72 hour deadline will start then. Then when Susie opts in on Tuesday, her 72 hours starts on Tuesday. It’s super cool.
